Media Credential Application Open
for Ninth Annual RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl

BOCA RATON, Fla. (November 15, 2022) – The 2022 Roofclaim.com Boca Raton Bowl media credential application is now open. The game is to be played on Tuesday, December 20 and accredited media can access the credential application by clicking here. The deadline for applications is Friday, December 9 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Sports editors/directors and/or photography editors need to only complete ONE APPLICATION PER MEDIA AGENCY. Working media credentials for all members of any agency can be requested in a single application.
When submitting the application, the sports editor/director and/or photography editor should list him/herself as the “contact” and register media members assigned to cover the Roofclaim.com Boca Raton Bowl as “attendees.” If requesting credentials for him/herself, the “contact” will need to be added as an attendee as well.

The Wyndham Hotel Boca Raton is the official media hotel of the 2022 Roofclaim.com Boca Raton Bowl and more information regarding a group rate for approved media will become available towards the end of November. The RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl is one of 17 bowl games owned and operated by ESPN Events, a division of ESPN. The RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl debuted in 2014 and has been well received in the community through its first eight years. It has twice held the distinction of matching up two conference champions – Marshall University vs. Northern Illinois University (2014), and UAB vs. Northern Illinois (2018). In all, six conference champions and another three conference division champions have played in the game. Among the bowl’s alumni who have moved on to the NFL are current New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson (BYU, 2020), Buffalo Bills running back Devin Singletary (FAU, 2017) and Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott (Memphis, 2016).
