Boca Raton, Fla. (December 10, 2021) – Palm Tran and Tri-Rail team up in support of the 8th Annual RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl at FAU Stadium on Saturday, December 18, 2021. Western Kentucky will face off against Appalachian State in Boca Raton for the nationally televised game broadcast on ESPN and ESPN Radio. The game will kick off at 11 a.m., and spectators heading to the game can easily take public transportation, as Palm Tran is providing 15-minute bus service between FAU Stadium and Tri-Rail’s nearby Boca Raton Station, between 8:20 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. on game day. “Palm Tran encourages everyone to skip the hassle of parking and utilize public transportation instead,” said Clinton Forbes, Palm Tran Executive Director. “With details at palmtran.org and through our app, riding transit couldn’t be easier.” Tri-Rail trains run on an hourly schedule on weekends for only $5 all day. Riders coming from West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale or Miami can avoid the stress of driving and parking to the game by taking the train and connecting with a Palm Tran bus.
