‘Boca’s Biggest Annual Outdoor Party’ will be on familiar day, time and network
BOCA RATON, Fla. (May 2, 2018) – The 2018 Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton Bowl will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 18, as announced by executive director Doug Mosley. The game will be televised on ESPN and broadcasted on ESPN Radio at 7 p.m. ET from FAU Stadium, located on the campus of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
“We’ll mark our fifth year of the Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton Bowl by once again playing our game on the Tuesday before Christmas,” said Mosley. “It has become an annual holiday tradition in Boca Raton and Palm Beach County for our community’s bowl game to land there and it will surely once again live up to its other name, ‘Boca’s Biggest Annual Outdoor Party’.”

Being part of the college football bowl season has not only been advantageous for Cheribundi but is also an ideal fit.”
The Fifth Annual Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton Bowl will have primary tie-ins for teams from Conference USA and the American Athletic Conference with the Mid-American Athletic Conference having a secondary tie-in this year. The team from Conference USA will make its headquarters at the Boca Raton Resort and Club and the American Athletic Conference team will be at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens.
Bowl week activities will begin with the arrival of the participating teams on Friday, Dec. 14. Days, times and sites for the team welcome parties, beach parties, luncheon, pep rallies and other bowl week activities will be released at a later date.
