WOMEN CHANGING THE GAME PRESENTED BY NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL HIGHLIGHTS FEMALE EXECUTIVES IN THE INDUSTRY
Women Changing the Game Presented by Northwestern Mutual was a night full of food, fun, and female empowerment. The event was hosted by Boca Raton Regional Hospital at the Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health and Wellness Institute. Women throughout the community enjoyed a panel discussion featuring Cheribundi’s Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Grech and executives from the Miami Marlins including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations Elisa Padila, Senior Vice President of Finance Susan Jaison, and Education Coordinator Emily Glass.
Emcee, Keli Furguson of ESPN 106.3 on WPTV NewsChannel 5 and Fox 29, asked the panel questions regarding their current job responsibilities, exciting developments within their companies, sacrifices they had to make to get to where they are now, and what it is like to be a top female executive.
Guest enjoyed amazing food provided by NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and delicious drinks from Citrus Distillers, Cheribundi, Coca Cola, and Potions in Motion. There were plenty of fun photo opportunities with Billy the Marlin and Jay Feder Jewelers over the top jewelry display. With over 100 attendees, the event proved that women are a force to be reckoned with and are making strides not only in sports, but in other industries as well.
